Return Policy


All sale items are final sale

At Hallow Clothing Co., we want you to love your purchase, so if you are not completely happy, you may return it for a store credit or exchange within 14 days of the purchase. 

  • Items must be unwashed, unworn, with the tags still attached.
  • The original order confirmation or packing slip must be included within your return package.

The Return Process

    • On your original order confirmation or packing slip, please indicate which item(s) you wish to return and why.
    • Please make sure your contact information such as first and last name, phone number, email are on the invoice.
    • Please indicate whether you would like to exchange the item(s) for the same item(s) in a different size or a different item completely, OR whether you would like to have a store credit placed on file for your item(s).
    • Please pack the item(s) along with the appropriate information above and send to:

Note:

    • If you are returning your item(s) for a store credit, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping.
    • If you are returning your item(s) for an exchange, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping.
    • If you are returning your item(s) for an exchange, we will cover the cost to send the item(s) back out to you.
    • Please be mindful when trying item(s) on at home so they do not become soiled (makeup, stains, etc.).
    • Hallow Clothing Co. is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in the mail.
    • If your item(s) happen to show damage or flaws, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your package. 
    • We cannot hold item(s) for return or exchange.
    • If you are exchanging an item for another item that is of greater value, we will reach out to you for additional payment information.
