Shopping Party

Ever want to get your closest friends together, enjoy some snacks & drinks, and do some shopping? Well now you can when you book a private shopping party with Hallow Clothing Co.! 

Shopping parties are great for getting friends & family together to catch up, an outing with the girls from work, celebrating a birthday/bachelorette/bridal party, or just because!

Shopping party includes:

• Charcuterie board (ie. meat & cheese style for evening parties, fruit & pastry style for morning/lunch parties)
• One non-alcoholic (ie. sparkling water, pop, or punch) or one alcoholic drink (ie. wine for evening parties, mimosas for morning/lunch parties)  
• You may want to opt out of both complimentary snacks and drinks, in which case we kindly ask you to let us know in advance
• You may also want additional snacks and drinks, in which case hostess/guests must organize and prepare on their own
• All guests at the party will receive 10% off their order
• Styling advice and assistance in picking the perfect outfit

Step 1: Gather your gal pals

Reach out to your closest friends, family, coworkers - whoever would love to attend a party like this. We require you to make sure you have a minimum of 5 guests attending your party (excluding yourself), but the more the merrier!

Step 2: Pick a location, date & time

Let us know where you would like to host your party at. Typically, inside the hostess' home is the ideal location a party, especially for setting up and all the prep work. 

Will travel to the following towns for shopping parties: Bredenbury, Churchbridge, Esterhazy, Langenburg, Moosomin, Rocanville, Saltcoats, and Yorkton. For inquiries on holding parties at locations near those towns, but not in a specific town listed, please email us: hello@hallowclothingco.ca

Step 3: Send invitations

Now that you've reached out to your guests and feel there's enough interest and once the details are worked out, you can send out more formal invitations. Text, call, email, groupchats - use whatever means of communication to inform your guests of your party details! If you so wish, we provide complimentary graphics that serve as invitations that you can then forward to your guests as well. 

Step 4: Get ready to shop & earn rewards!

The hardest part is over, now it's time to get the party started! Every item that your guests purchase at your party, increases the amount of hostess rewards you can earn. It is suggested that the hostess wait until the end of the party to use her rewards to purchase her desired item(s). Rewards may be redeemed the day of the party, or at a later date if so desired.

Hostesses can earn rewards based off of total party sales:

$501 - $1,000 in sales = 10% of sales in store credit

$1,001 - $1,500 in sales = 15% of sales in store credit

$1,501+ in sales = 20% of sales in store credit
